And sometimes when he talks to me it find me hard to believe becasue I have very low self-esteem. But he tells me he just want me to open up to him and talk but I have a hard time expressing myself. I am having a hard time just convincing myself that this maybe real. And sometimes subconscious I do things to get upset. i dont know how to stop doing those things to annoy him. I dont know how to do that and be talkative at the same time. Any tips

A year? Why are you shocked that he loves you after a year? That's enough time for most people to figure out how they really feel about eachother. Start focusing on your good traits so you can start to see what he sees in you. You've got to love yourself first before you can realize the full potential of a healthy relationship with him.

well maybe you just need to start to be a little more open with him because you should feel extreamly comfortable with hime its not wierd to love some one after only a year take me for example ive been with my girl friend for about 5 months now and ive loved her ever since the third month i feel really fast for her but we were both content with each other and on the same page so just open up a little im sure he loves you

Yes it's real.
He wouldn't have said it, if he didn't mean it.
Stop beating yourself up.
I had low self esteem once, but I have gotten rid of it.
When you get ready to think a negative thought about yourself,
replace it with a positive thought.

i.e.
Negative thought: I am ugly and boring

New positive thought: I am attractive and fun to be around

Keep saying it.
You know you will start beleiving it after awhile and your self esteem will improve.

Best of luck to you.

hey i have been going out w/ my bf for 3 weeks and he told me he loved me.. sometimes i feel like he doesn't all the way understand the meaning of love.. however for you i think you should tell your bf how you are feeling. honesty is really important in a relationship! that is all..

love yourself if you want to be loved.... you will have to get over your selfesteem issues for YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!

One year.. is NEVER too early for love.. people fall in love within days.. even minutes of meeting someone... it can be very true.. you will jus have to work on making your heart believe him... it sounds to me like you're afraid of getting it broken.. he's held on to you for a year.. you have to give him some credit... if it wasn't love he could have left forever ago!

Maybe you can't believe it because deep down you know maybe he's not the one for you. You shouldn't have to "convince yourself" that this is for real, you should just feel it... He may truly love you, but do you love him?

It's good that you realize you are getting yourself more upset--
Annoy him? He says that he loves you so it can't be that bad--don't force yourself to do anything (talk more) be relaxed and at ease with yourself.

You worry too much, he says he loves you take it as the truth, and relax and enjoy each other...Don' t try to fix something that isn't broken...
