Yes! God is (Omniscient ) Omniscience - Which is the state of being all-knowing. Through scriptures God affirms immeasurable understanding. In Psalm 147:5 we read; Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
God's omniscience is not a matter of abstract speculation, Rather, God's knows us intimately. See Ps 139:1-6, Matthew 6:4, 6, 8
