I suppose you are Indian & married this boy in India under the Special Marriage Act,1954 , as only this enactment allows inter-religious marriage. Since this solominisation of marriage has been taken place before the marriage officer/court & a certificate has been already issued to this effect, it wont be posible to repeat this again before the same marriage officer/court. Better tell your parents honestly what ever has happened, I think they will not mind it when they see the marriage certificate issued by the govt authority ie marriage officer.

You obviously cannot marry in court again as you are already legally wedded, however you can still get married in the church without converting. There is a law of dispensation in the church which entitles you to retain your religion and yet get married in church.
All the best!!Wish you a very happy married life!

No. But do you have to tell your parents about the court marriage.
If you two are willing to solemnise your marriage by performing the religious rites of the Catholic church I am sure your people on both the side would be equally satisfied.

i've got been married two times earlier, so i don't care if i don't marry back, yet I won't say that I "won't" marry back...it is not a precedence in any respect, yet i might truly desire to have somebody to share my existence with... i've got been single for an prolonged time now (the greater efficient part of the previous 11 yrs) so i'm comfortable with it merely being me, if it truly is how the the remainder of my existence is going...I easily have acquaintances and family individuals and pastimes, so it truly is by no ability uninteresting (yet now and back it gets lonely)...

The court will not issue you another marriage license, when your marriage is currently legally binding.
You will have to tell them what you have done; and see if they want to have a second ceremony. That can be done; but a Cathoilc priest will not do it unless you covert to the Church. that takes time.

That is quite amazing case! But it is good to tell them that you have married. And go for a ceremony. The registration is already done! (So no need to re-register).
