The best way is to meet the loans officer in any ICICIBank branch; else, in the branches there are 'Direct sale agents' whom you may contact They will provide you details and forms apart from the needed documentation etc. Your credit worthiness - salary level, recovery, your family commitments and savings capacity including track record of any bank a/c or credit card payments etc would be of help.
Talk to bank or DSA people. Best of luck.
By the way why do you need personal loan ? Is it for business or spending - the bank will also ask this question. Be prepared with your answer.
