I have long dark brown hair (to the middle of my back) and was wondering if someone could tell me of really good shampoo and conditioners for keeping my hair healthy and shiny.

Okay well Silk resault works for my hair and yes i have veryyyy long hair to! It makes your hair shiny and smooth. You cannot go wrong with that stuff!!

Dove shampoo and conditioner make hair really soft and silky and shiny. Even if you aren't a young girl, American Girl shampoo and conditioner give hair body and shine, too. Don't laugh, it's true! Good luck!

I have long curly dark brown hair. The shampoo and conditoner I use is Infusium 23. The leav in treatment does wonders for my hair. It gets even better the more and longer you use it.

Dont really know which product you should use but when your done shampooing be sure to ring most of the water out before you condition, when you condition dont distribute the product by "balling" ur hair up, distribute from the tip to the roots then massage it in. When you rinse, rinse in cold water so your pores close, less build up when you use blowdrying products/gel what ever.

I know this is hard for some people, but most importantly don't wash your hair too often. Don't over use hair products, nor hair appliances. Use shampoos high in moisturizers and low in ammonia/ammonium/hydroxide chemicals....check the labels...

i have naturally curly hair so i have to use alot of products to keep it in shape...a common shampoo conditioner that is not expensive with good results is suave sleek and shine...i use that..the aussie brands and the frutius brands are inexpensive and work well too...good luck
