The best way to lose weight fast without getting weak is by doing lots of cardio and eating healthier. Not eating less. If you you run your metabolism will speed up, thus helping your body to burn fat quicker even while your not working out. Cardio will put you in better shape and you will actually have more energy throughout your day, you will not only burn off calories but your blood will be flowing better causing you to think quicker and clearer. On top of that a healthy diet will do the same thing. Your body needs certain nutrients to function properly. If you eat healthy than you are giving your body the nutrients it needs to function at its best. Your body starts burning fat after approx. 20 min. of cardio. You should cut out excess suger, fat, saturated fat, cutting carbs isn't always a great way to go, carbs are turned into energy by your body, people that go on atkins diet generally feel tired and sleepy until their body adjust from losing the carbs. You just have to learn the difference between good carbs and bad carbs(carbs made up from mostly fats). Remember, to loose weight you have to burn off more calories than you take in. After working out you should not eat for about an hour and a half. Do not eat late at night. Drink lots of water. Do all that and the weight will start falling off quickly.

fist of all reducing waight and gaining weight too fast is not healthy. and if you wated to see a difference in wight loss work out like running helps alot and eat healthy not too much junk food. but that takes time, you can loose water weight fast but its abd for you so ina month, all you can do is eath healthy and run, excerise. if really commited run 2-3 mile like 4 times a week. slow run not fast fast means muscles and muscles add weight. so a slow jogg for about an hour a day reallly helps.

Whenever I need to drop a few kilos I cut out all bread, alcohol and carbs like potatoes, pasta and rice. Try to eat 3 meals a day including breakfast (have natural yogurt & cereal) and only eat 2 pieces of fruit between meals as well as crackers.
For lunch & dinner I just have chicken or fish with salad or veges and keep portion sizes smaller than usual.
Drink heaps of water and resist all temptation to eat chocolate etc. In a week you will notice a drop thanks to fluid loss, in a month you will look and feel better!

Don't just diet. Exercise and eat healthy, reducing your calorie intake somewhat, but not too drastically. Starving yourself makes you weak because no calories in means no energy, and your body cannibalizes it's own muscle leaving you weak.

You have to build muscle with strength training. Muscle burns tons of calories even when you are sitting still. That's what Oprah did. Aerobic exercize, strength training, and a healthy diet.

The 3-day diet. It reaklly works. 10 lbs. the first week and then between 4 and 6 everyweek after that. 3 days on 4 days off. Then start it all over again.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Running a track. It really helps in two days of running 2 miles i lost 5 pounds and you dont have to go on a strict diet as long as you excersise you can eat anything you want just dont overdo it.

ASK YOURSELF WHY WOULD YOU WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT??? then make a target how much you would like to take out from it... count the calories that youve been eating in a day... DONT SKIP MEALS..eat regularly with plenty of vegies and fruits... try to cut the amout of your rice...and dont eat snacks before meal time... and most of all,,, drink warm water ,cold ones making you more flubby...and sleep properly... and make it as your goal...

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
