Form I-129F petition for fiance(e), I recieved my "reciept" notice, how long will the next notice be?

ok, I should had asked all...so there are the "reciept" notice, then the 2nd notice, is there a 3rd or 4th one?

It depends entirely on the workload of the service center. It will be several months, at least.

I got my 1st NOA on May 31, 2005 and the 2nd NOA came Nov 2005 but that was the Philippines. It depends how many applications they have at the time but expect at least 6 months
