Sharia law has been aboloished in Somalia and the country has kicked out the Islamic Courts Council from power nearly overnight. Does this indicate that it is possible to defeat the terrorists in countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan?

If we had a conservative governement, we could defeat them in no time. Unfortunately, we have an illuminati frat boy team in control. Worse, they've been there since Bush senior was president. We need a guy like Ronald Regan running our country. He would have responded with necessary force and pounded these freaks into submission. If anyone remembers WWII, we used a nuke because we believed in winning. With our boys (armed forces men and women) handcuffed by corporate interests (which are prolonging the war) whether or not we will win is unknown. We have the ability to take out any 5 nations, but with quislings running the country it won't happen. Vote in a 3rd party man/woman to save America.

what proof is there from any knowledgable source of the existence of the terrorism? According to reliable news reports, order was being obtained and maintained under the sharia coursts" what benefit do we have in making a destabilized nation that was stabilizing? Shady intentions at best.

Sharia is a legal system that upholds and coexists with Islam as a religion it is not a system that propogates terrorism... I would not hold this sort of shift synonymous to a victory over terrorism.
