I dated my ex-boyfriend for one month, but it felt longer cuz we saw each other a lot. After one month, HE ended it saying he was 'busy'. We had a very innocent relationship, no sex cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. In fact, it never went past kissing. He would still say hi to me on msn even after it was over. It has been almost one year since the break up & i was really surprised when last week he called me & asked me to see hi . He planned the whole thing, (a movie), then he took me home. But I felt kinda hurt when I came home cuz I felt like it was rushed, & it seemed like he didn't wanna be there. When I got home I told him on msn that we don't need to meet up again & I basically said bye forever. He kept saying sorry & I logged out. Then a few days later I went on msn & said sorry. He was fine with it, & told me to "stay in touch" with him. My Question is: why does he wanna see now now after one year?

On the drive home, when I asked him why he wanted to see me, he said that he wants to see me every once in awhile. Bt he's 25, much more experienced while I'm 21 & he was my first bf. Is he a player & just hoping I'll give in or does he wanna be friends? What's his deal?

I'm guessing because he knows you aren't going to give it up, and most guys aren't going to admit this, but they ADMIRE girls who don't put out and want to save themselves for their husbands. It's a very admirable quality in a girl!

I'm thinking that he would like to keep you because of that, but maybe his hormones want you the other way, so he's confused and confusing you even more.

If you are worth waiting for, and you stay true to yourself, than he'll treat you with dignity. You are WORTH waiting for!

At 21 you are not a child but your live has just begun. Learn to relax. If he calls and you want to go, then go, if not, tell him you are busy. Don't waste your time worrying about what another person is up to. Learn to be comfortable in your own space and then learn to share it with the right person. Ask your self if it really matters? Does he matter? Maybe he wanted to see how he would feel after a year. Maybe he didn't have a date and didn't want to be alone. But no harm done.

I gotta give him credit for trying. He's no quitter for sure. I read him as trying to get in your pants and when he's realized he isn't gonna get there or has no hope of same, he looses interest and drops you . I think you still " like" him if not a little " love him" thrown in and it's hard to give all that up . The familiarity, closeness, rapport, just being with some one you think likes/loves you. Be true to yourself and don't " give in" to this " slime" I'll call him, and look for and find a guy that will Cherish, nurture, love and respect you for who and what a special person you are. Don't settle for middle of the pack when you can get the Top Dog.

Nothing to be confused about really, he is an ex for a reason! I personally wouldn't have gone out with him after one year because if he was to busy for me then, then he can stay to busy for me now. Lose interest, his number and his msn account!! It's not worth the confusion

Maybe he respects you that you want to wait. I don't think he is a player. A player would not want to keep seeing you every now and then when he can get sex somewhere else. He's probably wanting to be with you but knows that he can't go without sex so he doesn't want to hurt you by cheating on you. Maybe he is reconsidering your feelings on sex and respects it.

hmmm.... Its looks like he might be a person who needs to see u as he cannot forget u but at the same time he doesn't wan to go into relationship as he might feel he's not ready yet.. Wel for the sex part.... Maybe that is not his interest if not he would hav tried to be a funni to u on your outing with him....

But don completly trust him that he's not going to be funni with u..
jst be careful... be Extra Careful... be like a frend to him... No harm dear...

you know, i realise something about guys.... they are very unpredictable... many things might have happened during the 1 year after the break up... he probably got dump by his gf, lost his job plus many more things... but then, these things are all assumptions... you never know what is in his mind... but one thing that you definitely know is that he did it intentionally and he is probably up to some thing... just relax and keep cool... see how it goes.... he'll tell you soon or later....
