it means that she at the very least thinks that you are extremely cute.
for me ... i don't know if i play with my hair, but if i were to imagine twirling it with my fingers, the feeling that ( i would guess ) is that i'm feeling flirty and i think that it might be a sign that i'm nervous.
i don't know about the girl walking around in circles.... like do you mean around the area that you are in? if so, she just wants to either give you a chance to see her or for her to see you.

Yes the 6 lug comes in a universal rubber lined gasket. Its easier than those other applications where the plastic 4 mag just wont do.
