Since you are at about either first or second base if you know the common base rules. Sex would be home so you have either forgotten or never heard of third base or something. Third base as i learned it is oral and hand sex, usually hand sex then oral, as you make your way to home base, although this isn't a set order for anyone, it's just a common way of looking at things. Hand sex is extremely easy to learn if you have good manual dexterity, oral sex takes a bit more confidence or adventurism but can definetly be more rewarding. If i have to explain to you how they work you are probably too young and should be sticking to making out and perhaps some heavy petting.

Plenty of things, don't even have to go the ORAL route that everyone has professed...you can have intimate touching sessions or massages..like gently rubbing around sensitive areas like the inner thighs, the back, the neck with just your fingertips real lightly and gently. Or of course get a book that teaches massages and do that....that or you can go another interesting route: Dry humping...same as sex except you got all your clothes on. Yea i thought it was dumb at first myself, but then it's pretty erotic when you're NOT trying to have sex.
Other than that...oral sex is always good, hell sometimes I enjoy that better than sex itself!

You could try some nice ear plugs and blindfold action, however, you really have to have the trust issue at maximum as a pair to have that work out. It's just nice to work on the sensual and tactile expressive side of a relationship once in awhile. Try it. Good luck!
