Definitely brush your teeth after... the bleach shouldn't stay in your mouth any longer than recommended and definitely shouldn't be swallowed. You may notice that your gums get tender and your teeth are a little sensitive after, you still need to brush but make sure you do so very gently. I've done the white strips and was very satisfied with the results. Good Luck!!

Dont brush your teeth after, just rinse your mouth. Yes crest white strips actually work. I use to smoke before and my teeth were all yellow. After i used them my teeth became so much more white, like glow in the dark white. I also got them from free because I found this link. All I had to do was enter my email address in and I got them for free. The link is http://urlx.org/directtrack.com/94d87 if your interested.

Don't use Crest White strips or any other whitener. They are abrasive and over time ruin your teeth and possibly cause gum disease. Let your dentist whiten your teeth professionally and use baking soda to neutralize the mouth acids that cause decay and make it possible for germs to grow in the mouth and under the gum line. Some tooth pastes have baking soda in them. Brush with these for at least two minutes and rinse with a mouth wash to help kill more germs. Brush at least 2 times a day and certainly first thing in the morning.

Yes you can. I would wait at least an hour though, just in case they irritate your gums. They weren't strong enough to make a difference with me at all. I would wait at first to see if they are too strong , if they are brushing right away might irritate your gums.
