Hmmm...good question. I think he should but there should be home visits for the first couple years after he gets the child. He should be able to choose which child he wants.

Can a single women adopt? If so then I would think a single man can too.
I personally do not know but some single men I have known are much better fathers then some single women being mothers I have known!

Yes, single men can adopt. If you can handle it. Are you sure your a good father? Can you be his/her dad and mom at the same time? If you can, then you can adopt.

Yes, and I don't think it matters what sex they chose to adopt
