How much heat do i produce each day? (including all indirect sources)?

i.e. me, my central heating, cooker, car, the cow that my dinner came from, tractor that carried the cow's food, everything.
How would this vary for the average person worldwide?

on average, per day, over a lifetime, forgot that bit!

You are about 5000 BTUs per hour. Other stuff varies by use. I didn;t use my car all day, other days I drive for 5 hours.
