After a true connection is made and you know everything went good and he is interested. Why would he not call back after three days of your date? I'm really hurting here. I even text him once to say happy new yr. eve. but I've gotten no response. By the way, this is a friend I've had over ten years. And, yes I did sleep with him for the first time ever the last time I saw him.

Sadly, NO. We men are clueless about any existance of such "rules". You will have to deal with it in that light. I hope that helps...

yikes, sleeping on the first date is never good. but it's even worse when it is with a long-term friend. he probably feels really awkward about what happened. he will probably need some time to sort out his feelings..

i'm sure it was a wonderful night and i'm sure you both got caught up in the heat of the moment.. but sex is never a good way to start a relationship..

generally, respect goes out the window when a girl sleeps with a guy on the first date.. even though he was equally as guilty, and even though it's totally not fair, he's probably thinking that you are a totally different person than he thought you were.. and he's probably having serious doubts and second thoughts..

sex on the first date is good.. if the relationship is only about sex.

when it comes to the concept of love, romance, long-term relationship, etc, sex right away is very bad. most guys want to have sex with an easy girl, but will want a relationship with a girl that is total opposite..

again it's not fair, but that's just the way it seems to be...

sadly, your relationship and friendship might be in jeopardy..

not much else you can do. you've reached out and tried to communicate. if he refuses to reply to you, then he is shallow.. but at this point, you've done everything you can.

i sorta went thru a similar situation. i had developed good raport with a girl i met online. and our first meeting got quite physical.. we even discussed it in advance and agreed that we'd get physical.. but in the end, she didn't want to see me again, even though it seemed like it was a great night..

oh well, some people are just confused about what they want.. and it's sad when people like us get hurt.. all we can do is learn and move on..

for your sake, i hope he eventually calls back and that you can sort things out. it would be a shame to lose a 10 year friendship, and equally a shame to have to live with this little sexual black mark in the back of your mind for the rest of your life..

You're going to get some painful advice here: HE is just not that into you.

Guys will call you if they truly are interested. No excuses. NO games.

I liked this guy for a while and thought he liked me back. I gave him my number and he never ever called and made a lame excuse (that he was sick). I had to accept that he just isn't that interested in me. Move on. NEXT!!!!

I don't know why you slept with him. It doesn't sound like you were in a romantic` relationship. So....you probably won't be hearing from him much at all.

Fine someone else who IS that into you girlfriend.

Just give it time. Maybe he feels awkward. Don't pressure him, just wait and see. Men usually get turned off by women who they feel are hounding or nagging them. Believe me, if there was a true connection made, and he values your friendship, he will definitely get back with you on his own terms, men also like feeling in control, right? Men always do when they are genuinely interested in starting a relationship. The name of the game is always to protect their ego and pride. Once that becomes bruised, it always takes a good deal of work to help repair that kind of male damage. Good luck!

there are a million answers to your one simple question. even on one individual basis there are ten possible answers from the same individual. moral of the story you have to "deduct" the real, honest response. it could vary from individual to individual and in complex situations it could even vary more. you could turn upside down to dance -- things go not work, (nothing to do with you or your way of approaching) and the next door girl could have just a dance and the click is there. there are no rules. at least in my experience. the more you advance in life (simply age) the more options you have to refuse or to accept the invitations. thus play your cards right do not give in too quickly, do not withdraw from the game before the other party has a chance to show you his cards. hope it helps. ( ps.I have a 10 p.cent best answers for my efforts-- I must be doing something right --check me out for reference).

That might have been your mistake, sleeping with him.
He might have only been out to sleep with you.
Considering that he didn't text you back, I don't think he's interested.
I would move on and forget this man.

Remember: Quit making people a priority when they only make you an option.

once you marry and dedicate your self to someone, you promise to love that person no remember what andto stick by her. for this reason that's called cheating on account which you desecrate the vows you have made in front of human beings and your God. i think of for a guy of 40 8, you will possibly desire to have found out by now what you surely need of your existence. in case you opt for as much as now and alter your companion each so in lots of situations, then you definately might desire to break up and enable the different person stay a extra helpful existence. that is in undemanding terms so unfair to stay honest to someone mutually as the different person enjoys gallivanting around. Have mercy on your companion and little ones, in case you have any. while you're devoted already, do not date. in case you opt for as much as now, get out of your marriage and stay your happy pass fortunate existence without hurting others.

sounds like he's freaked out after sleeping with you. probably some problem of his own, not you. all you can do is wait a while for him to come around.
