i would drink as much water as you can and if you dont like water then by those to go packs of juice packs they make some with 0 calories so it is pretty much water but dont drink to much your body is 70% water if you drink to much you can flood your body and die,,,,,,,,, no joke :(
second i would eat vegtables and fruit every day and at least run about 2 miles a day if you can if more that would be great...also dont forget your meat. .... look for less fat,,,,,,,,,,,,,,another thing if you do salad dont put ranch dressing try ceaser dressing not many people know that it is healthier but dont over do the dressing and try throwing in about 100 situps a day you get killer abs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! trust me ive came up with all this for my diet and in two months i lost 25 pounds and i have rock hard abs ........... so good luck and stay strong

hi stay far flung from fried issues. Fried issues are an absolute no-no. The greater fried issues which you sidestep, the lesser weight you will earnings. Fried issues are noted as so because of the fact they're fried in oil or fat. and whether the exterior oil is drained away, there remains relatively some hidden oil in it so stay far flung from it.
