This guy i have been talking to for a few months... gave me his number and told me to call him whenever i can.. but he has my number and doesn't call me. Should i call him?? why doesn't he call, why do i have to call.... Is this some kind of mind game or something he's trying to play. The only thing he does is IM me but doesn't call.. R some guys weird about being the one to call girls first?

Don't over analyze. If you feel like calling, do so. Do not over do it and just pace yourself, be relaxed and not pushy. Guys have a different time frame then girls, so take it easy and let him take the lead on occasion. most importantly. do not call if you are drunk or high. that's a no no.
