Yes, but it depends on what kind of weight are you looking to loose...actually body fat or just how many pounds you weigh. Water pushes water, so the more water you drink the more water your body is going to push out...which will result in the numbers going down on the scale. But if you want to loose actually body fat you will either need to exercise and diet or do like a 10 day fast...you can loose 1 - 2 lbs a day from fasting.
But you will need to drink alot of water so 1, your body can push out the fat that it has used up, and 2, jut so you don't go crazy from not eating. The first 3 days are the hardest, after that there isn't any physical hunger just mental, you'll think you havent eaten in months and your mind will try to trick you into eating. And that sorta answers your second question.
Yes water can make you not hungry, the trick that I learned was this...warm water will make you feel full and ice water will make you forget you were hungry.
However water taste funny when it's warm and makes me not want to drink it..so I always choose to forget about being hungry rather than feel full. But either way you will loose weight from drinking alot of water because it will push out all the fat out of your body. Good luck!

Yes you can loose weight by drinking a lots and lots of water because Drinking a lot of water flushes out your system, and by drinking a bottle of water before each meal, will make you feel less hungry so you won't have the urge to eat so much. i was overweight and my family doctor recomended me to drink atleast 8 -10 glasses of water per day. i did it and really it helped me to loose weight . more over by increasing the amount of water in drinking you increase the flow of urine which in turn purify our blood and more of take away the extra sugar , salts and minerals.

yes, i did this, and a nutritionist actually recommended this for me. replace your everyday beverages with water, although it's still ok if you want to drink coffee in the morning, and before every meal, drink a cup of water, or maybe two, it fills you up, so you don't eat too much, and it passes right through your system. very healthy way to lose weight, in fact i lost 10 pounds in a few weeks doing this. also, excercise, no matter how minimal, would help a bit too, but water is key.

Yes you can, but your body cant just survive on water it needs sustenance from food also, by eating the right way and drinking water regularly it will detox your body and with regular excirsise your body will loose access weight. Don't just drink fluids you will just get a water tummy and then you will only be worse off. Eat right excircise regularly and be healthy in yourself and most important be POSITIVE in Wat you want to achieve.
