Initially, I though you were asking a very funny question with a lot of 'Royal' attitude and I was tempted to ask, "Would you go your self your highness or should I ask someone to represent your honour!"
But the second part of the question seems to highlight the fact that you are too young and the girl is even younger than you are. If that is the acse, you should concentrate upon your studies right now. Of course, you can make genuine & honest friends with her and keep these feelings for a later stage. If that is not the case, you shall have to express your feelings in a nice & decent way.
