According to Scripture, all sins are deadly, and if you look carefully, the seven deadly sins encompass all types of sin. All of them can overlap in different ways. If they were not forgivable, then we'd all be going to hell, and we'd have no hope. Forgiveness is only offered through Christ's sacrifice, not through confession. Confessing is an important part of a walk with the Lord, but acceptance of God's sacrifice is the acceptance of his forgiveness.
Below is a quick description of how the seven sins can overlap, and a brief and not so thorough explanation of how they cover all sin.
Lust can cover things from coveting to sexual sins, either in practice or in thought.
Gluttony refers to overindulgence in general, there are many forms of that, whether it be food, or entertainment, or sleep, or anything else that draws your attention toward something other than God, because this leads to Idolatry.
Greed leads to gluttony and vice versa, they feed each other and can express itself in stealing, coveting, pride, idolatry, and several other types of sin.
Sloth seems harmless on the surface, but once again it leads to idolatry, because you value rest over the work of the Lord. God gave us time for rest, but also time for work. If we are not glorifying God because we are lazy, we are not fulfilling his purpose in creating us.
Wrath should probably be pretexted by the context in which it is referred to here. Anger that is for something that we don't like is something that God equates with murder, and along with lust, are the two primary reasons (though there are others) that murders are carried out. Anger due to someone disrespecting something the Lord has established, however, is a different type of anger, because it is not due to desire of oneself, it is desire for God. Those who are angry because of a proper desire for God that is being disrespected are not going to be carrying their anger to levels of sin.
Pride is the root of most sin, and is the most dangerous. Pride destroys us, a precious creation of God. Pride covers and attempts to hide all other sins, and is the only sin that hides itself.

Seven deadly sins?
If there are 10 Commandments, how can there be seven deadly sins? If a church tells you that only seven sins are deadly, then they are deceiving you.
There is only one sin which is not forgivable, and that's blaspheming the Holy Spirit.
"Wherefore I say unto you that all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him, but whosoever speakest against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven him, either in this world, neither in the world to come."
--Matthew 12:31-32
You do not need a priest in order to be forgiven. If you go to the Bible, this will be made plain. Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man. (1 Titus 2:5)
Please don't shrug off what I'm saying just because it sounds Ant-Catholic. Rather than do that, why not go the Bible to find the truth in this matter?
God bless you! I will pray for you.

Of course they are. I don't believe The Bible calls them deadly sins. I think that was started as a movie or book title.
As long as you are truly sorry and ask forgiveness (Im catholic so that means confession) any sin can be forgiven

Any sin that someone repents of is forgivable in confession as long as they have the sincere intention of not sinning again.
DougLawrence explained it very well.
