I like more Experian, but 3 of them are basically the same. I usually get the credit score from 3 of them and average. Some times there are mistake in one that is not reflected in the others 2. So, if you have an issue or planning to do a big purchase, like a house, is better to get the 3 reports and scores.

My experience is that almost al creditors use Experian to look at when considering your credit.

Experian is the widley used but good companies look at all three reports because what experian doesnt have it should be on another one (and vice versa)

depends on the creditor, but a lot of them have access to all three and they take the middle score of the three of them to judge credit worthiness.
Are you asking about it for a car, house, credit cards? That depends too, but I'd be concentrating on keeping them all up as high as possible
