For me the best is Seamonkey if you explore all its features you will now that is much better than any other Web Browser
Faster than Firefox and more Customizable
Much more secure than Internet explorer
Better than mozilla in fact Seamonkey is a mozilla project if you use it you will see the same skin of Mozilla but when you check it all, you will see that is much better, If you want to check it go here http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/

My favourites (from best to worst) Opera, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Internet Explorers 1-6.

Opera is great. It is easly skinnable and fast. But not all wesbites support it.

IE7 (or Internet Explorer 7) is a significant improvement from IE's 1-6. However, it only runs on Windows XP SP2, Windows 2003 Server and WIndows Vista,

Firefox is in the same mould as Opera, except when it comes to speed, where it fails miserably.

IE's 1-6 are junk. Don't even bother with them

Firefox and Opera are a tad faster than Internet Explorer. Opera has this feature I like where you can see you regular POP3 email account without having to open Outlook Express. The new Netscape browser is good too. Overall my family and I use IE because you don't have to download "plug ins," every so often. At the end of the day, it's up to you, all free. Chow

Firefox. Hands down.

Firefox is more secure than IE and is its leading competitor. Opera may not be bad, but it has a much smaller user group and has been know to have issues with certain pages.

Unfortunately, Explorer needs to be kept around for the handful of pages that REQUIRE it, but those pages are quickly diminishing.

Firefox 2.0.1 is without question the fastest. I use it for my everyday stuff....i keep IE6 around for windows updates, but that is about it. With all the right plugins, Firefox should be the fastest, the most efficient, and the most secure. The tabbed browsing ROCKS (I know IE7 has it, but it is really slow. I am on an athlon64 at 2.4GHz with a gig of ram and an NVIDIA 7600GT and it STILL lags when switching pages)

No question about it. Firefox is the best browser. I just upgraded to Firefox 2.0 and really like the changes that they have made.

The best for browsing is Firefox with the different extensions but
you will need Internet explorer for updating your computer

I love Firefox 2.0.0.1 on home computer & use Firefox Portable on a USB when I'm @ Library or any internet cafe.

For me Firefox is so much faster & you can change it how ever you want using about:config

Microsoft is just too slow & doesn't allow user flexibility.

Internet explorer is good because it can view almost every single site avaialble.
However I use Firefox because I think its faster and of the addons. If you enjoy addons this is the browser to use.
Another good browser is Avant-- this can view all sites just like 1E can and is very very fast
