dear ...reducing belly within 10 days that to that without exercise....
then its better for u do an operation (laser)......thsi burns ur fats.. n melted fats r removed.
but there might be adverse effect of that.....
and no diet program can reduce ur belly in just 10 days....
rather u will fall sick ..... so if u really want to reduce ur belly in 10 days...... u need to do exercise as well..

it's not really healthy to lose more then 3 pounds a week but if you're really desperate, try cleansing your body for a day or two and only drink vegetable or other kinds of juices and lots of water. you shouldn't really diet without exercising though.
