That sounds dumb but, obviosly dont eat high calorie and fatty oily foods. eat light for breakfast, and have snacks throught the day. Its called "low calorie intake" but it keeps you energized. fruits and veggies are the best. water and gatorade,granolla bars and yogurts, low calorie pasta's and bread are also good. dont forget to eat light but eat often..oh and dont do pills..those suck.. have fun and be creative theres tons of options.i see ur in college so u might not have time to work out... no diet pills .....Stay Hydrated

I know where you're coming from, I would watch what you eat and excersise 4 times a week, focus on your worst spot. If its your stomach, do sit ups and the v-sit, if its your thighs, legs, or butt, run or cycle. Arms-weights.
As for eating, is it hard for you too eat resonable amounts too? It is for me, so i used a hoodia pill which is totally natural, (Im 15, and I checked with my nutritionist.) Its just a cactus extract that keeps your appitie down, and it really works you hardly get hungry. I got the ones at www.desertburn.com Im sure theres other good ones, but those are the ones i tried.

tried and proved, cardio: run, walk it's all the same. remember though, running doesn't burn more calories or fat than walking does. it's all in the distance. a person who walks a mile a day loses the same amount as the person who runs a mile a day....according to that guy who wrote all of those magazine articles and books....dang, what was his name?

i'm trying to loose weight too. just eat right..and exercise. whatever you do don't get sucked into those shitty *** diet pills you know why? they don't do ****. just eat right and all that good stuff. and remember too, let your personality shine through, don't just focus on your looks. good luck :)
