when i go to school i sleep at 1 am and wake up at 7:30pm. But on vacation i sleep at 3-4 am and wake up at 2pm. is that why i have it? im thinking of going to sleep early and drinking a lot of water

I have Repair Wear by Clinique. I just put it under my eyes in the morning, and it's great for puffyness and dark circles. Make sure you take off your eye makeup before you sleep! that can cause puffyness and infections. Lots of sleep helps too. also, rubbing your eyes can damage this delicate area (thinest skin on your body!) so be gentle.

DO IT THE NATURAL WAY.... control diet, no oils, no fried stuff, no fast food, eat lot fresh salads with meals, occasionally miss a meal and eat only salad, have proper sleep with out pills, take a walk every day, drink lot of water, eat fruits, and do yoga "Pranayam",.. simple breathing exercises, CD is available , contact:
