As far as liqueur recipes, you could always add a shot of chocolate, peppermint, and or raspberry liqueur to your coffee. Yum!

A cappuccino is generally defined as 1 or 2 shots of espresso (it could have even more), 1/2 cup size of steamed milk and 1/2 cup size of milk foam. There are also "wet cappucinos", (3/4 hot milk and 1/4 milk foam), "dry cappucinos" (1/4 hot milk and 3/4 milk foam) and "bone dry cappucinos" (only the espresso and a full cup of milk foam).

1 oz espesso to about 4-6 oz milk (before steaming). If using flavor, one oz will do.
For lattes, 1/3 of the milk should be foamed. For cappuccino, 2/3 of the milk should be foamed.
Whole milk foams better than low-fat.
Macchiattos are made with one oz of espresso topped with one spoonful of stiff foam.
