Absolutely NOT! Ignore the other answers that say its okay. No milk needs to be fed to puppies unless it is formula. If the puppy is over 4 weeks old it shouldnt be taking formula either! Avoid dairy products with any animal, as much as they like it, it will tear their belly up in a hurry! They just can not digest it.. so please do not put your pup through this!

No. Soy is very bad for dogs. You don't need to give milk at all unless it is nursing, and in that case there is formula available at pet stores for puppies that age.
There are substitutes for formula including evaporated goats milk mixed with water, add a tad of karo syrup to avoid constipation, not too much though or diarrhea.
If your pup isn't nursing, NO MILK is best. Cow's milk is bad and so is soy milk.
The pet store milk I talked about, most common brand names are "Just Born" or "Esbillac" but ask in your pet store.

Absolutely not!!!!
No soy milk for puppies/dogs.
Several years ago I was bottle feeding a litter of orphan puppies, (it still hurts when I think about it), I had them on Esbilac, they were so beautiful, and growing like weeds. At that time you could only buy it at the vet's office. Anyway, they were just opening their eyes, on a Friday, when I was called out on an animal cruelty case, and by the time I got back, the clinic was closed, and I had only enough for one feeding left. I listened to an idiot who assured me that it was okay to buy human baby soy formula, and feed it to the pups. It worked fine, and it was much cheeper than the one I was using, or so she said. About ten days later, I started to lose them, one by one, in a matter of hours. After the first one died, I was on the phone with my vet, who really didn't have any explanation for what was happening. When the second one died, I rushed the rest of the litter to the vet, it was in the middle of the night. The vet, a vet tech, and I stayed up and worked on them all night, they were on I.V.'s, and everything else we could think of it, but by morning, they all died anyway, 6 of them. I had the last one send off for a necropsy to be done, as we had to know what in the world happened. The result of the necropsy was a shock to all of us, including my vet, whom in 30+ years of practice, never dealt with a puppy who was feeding on soy.The puppies died from severe deficency of proteins, vitamins, and minerals, necessary to stay alive. The deficency came from the soy formula. From that day on, of course I never fed it to any of my dogs/puppies, but always wondered about the humans babies that are being fed with it.......
Please, do not give your puppy, any puppy, a soy formula/milk.

I give my puppy some soy milk, but not a lot that i'd harm her. I'm not sure, but just don't give a lot of anything and it won't kill the dog. :) I hope that helps!
