you might be able to commission someone to sew a custom dragon quilt for you-- put up a wanted flier in a local craft/sewing shop or some other community bulletin board and make a posting on craigslist.org.
This will probably be expensive.

well you could just buy any quilt and get your local pet shop to provide the dragon to sit on it.....
Ohhhh you mean a quilt with a picture of a dragon on it...
dont know.... possibly an asian importer..

maybe in an oriental imports shop, or you can find dragon print fabrics and have someone make one, or you can make it, or you can embroider dragons, there are some beautiful ones in cross stitch. and add those panels to a quilt.
