i have benn dting a person( male) for a year that is much younger than me, we met by phone, and we just met in person, when he came to visit me, we lfeel that we love each ather very much and we like to be together, but we live faraway from each other, here in usa.. i love him very much.. my question is...will this relationship will last? or is a mistake that i am dating somebody younger? please advise me.. i need it..

how far? i know in the USA but what state to state it will last if you two make it last... believe in the two of you and make the relationship last forever ...it doesn't matter if they are younger or older than you what matters if you two love each other and treat each other right and yeah i am in a long distance relationship myself i live in cali and he lives in Florida we have trust and yeah we been together for a year and month and later on to be in a relationship like this is that you need trust and communication and you probably do fine if you stay strong and making it happen well good luck and have a happy new year

There is no taboo for a woman dating a younger man. The problem you have is how to maintain a long-distance relationship until you two can find a way to live not so far apart.

If you two are truly in love it will last and if that person is of legal age go for it, age is just a number.Never deny your self true love. Talk to your lover about meeting each other . Love can stand the test of time and miles.

well if u love somebody dont worry about the age im in a phone relationship as well now for two years and he lives in jersey and im well right here and i love him very much i juss met him too and he is older then me and he had a problem with the age but he said when he saw me that he knows im the one for him and nothing will stand in his way.

I've never heard of a successful relationship with an older woman (by older i mean 10+ yr age gap). I'm not going to say whether or not yours will work out, just that I've never seen any end well.

You sound as though you are very young... and if he is much younger than you are...
I hope you didn't meet him online, because that's how it sounds. My advice, this is not a healthy situation for either of you.

how far appart? and get to noe him more before saying u love him. and its ok as long as hes not lyke 17 yrs younger~lol~ i'm two yrs younger than my bf.. but yeah. its ok. and my friend (11th grade) goes out wif a 8th grader and its working out with her so who noes~?
