i mean i would like 2 kno the best way n how long it will take 2 lose pounds..im very athletic but on the scale u wouldnt think it at all...im bout 230 but u couldnt tell if u looked at me..i look around 145-155...i jus want the abs n everything..if theres an easy way 2 do it at home or sumthin without payin 4 a trainer that would help..thank u

only eat chicken fruit an veggies. cook every meal yourself, do not eat fast food. drink a ton of water. I lose about 3-4 lbs a week just eating right and i dont even exercise yet. and for a chocolate fix, try chocolate redi whip...its so good lol and non fattening.
