call your doctor if you have nausea, vomiting, Fever and chills or if there is pain when you urinate, or foul smelling urine. try drinking plenty of cranberry juice. Antibiotics should clear it up, or try over the counter meds which should also help.

spread into your blood stream? probably soon. get to the doctor. did you realize that the bladder is the thinnest muscle in your body, and the only muscle which cannot be replaced? there is no synthetic model of a bladder, and when infections are left untreated, the bladder gets scar tissue. not good.
get treated.
