I'm of the belief that if a woman hasn't yet had an orgasm, she just hasn't been with lovers who've taken the time to "figure her out", so to say. For some chicks it's harder than others, yes. Maybe you should do a little "exploring" and find out what could get you there.
People are very selfish about sex. I know plenty of guys who are perfectly happy doing the do for a whole 30 seconds, coming and rolling off.

No, it's not immature, some women really are incapable of climaxing. however, it is possible that you just haven't had very good sexual experiences in the past, which may be why you haven't yet. I wouldn't worry too much, eventually it'll happen.
