Whatever you want it to. There are companies that sell "purity rings" but you can just get any ring and call it a purity ring. The committment is the part that really matters, not which ring it is...you want it to be a ring you love and want to wear. Maybe your parents would be interested in getting one for you. There are several types of 'purity' rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. We got my son a purity ring. It's a silver band with 'True Love Waits' written on the band. Any Christian bookstore will carry them. We got my daughter a bracelet, will get her a ring when she's older. and True Love does wait. Happy New Year!
