Actually they've decided that what makes a glass of red wine so good for the body has more to do with the fact it's red than wine and that you can get the same benefit from drinking grape juice, so I suspect there is no best age.

If you're interested in healthy living I'd suggest taking the Real Age test and see what they recommend you do to make your real age less than your chronical age. It's FREE and all the advice that follows is also FREE.

Limiting yourself to one glass of (red) wine per day is never likely to cause any problem - if you don't have non-alcohol related kidney or liver problems, which can happen to non-drinkers, anyway.

A bottle a day - maybe after 60/70yrs.
