i want to lose 20pounds or more in 3or 4weeks plz i really want to loss some pounds and i want SERIOUS ANSWERs' k NO PILLS OR SERGUEy PLS NONE or i'll abuse u k plz i'm kinda serious about this i want to see wat kind of exersise i should do or wat i should eat now yea plz answer seriously k thanx :) sry about the abuse but i will i'm not kidding i'm just want to be serious now k :)

Have you ever been on a Diet before? Are you willing to Excersize? Do you have Good or bad Will power?
Do you have any health issues or ailments that would be restricting to a certain diet or Excercise? (for example Arthritus, diabettes, allergies, bad knees or joints, bad kidney)

( I cheated some and I didn't Excersize, So it's possible you can loose weight faster than I did)
I just lost 30 pounds with No Excersise, Just from my Diet alone. I went on the South Beach Diet for 6 months. It's a Low carb diet... Not "no" carb diet.
The diet in a nut shell doesn't allow you to have White Flour of any kind, Enriched wheat flour, or Sugar and the 1st 2 wks have additional rules. You can get the south Beach Diet books online or at a book store, there are 3 or 4 currently, The 1st one Explains the diet and has recipes and a meal plan in the book (blue book) then there are recipe books (yellow and orange) that you can purchase if needed.
One thing to Remember........ Your starting weight and body fat % depends on how fast you will Loose the weight. (also your dedication to whatever you do)
If you're high in extra Body fat, You'll loose it faster then a skinny person trying to loose 5-10 pounds.
If you're looking for just a couple pounds....... stop eating sugar, stop drinking Pop and Go hit the Gym or get at home fitness tapes.
I found 8 minute Pilates at Big Lots for $4, and I Love it because it only takes 8 minutes a Day and it really makes a difference with my energy level through the day. I haven't seen any results yet, but I've only had it a couple days.

As far as Excersize....... Where are your problem areas?
Your behind, legs, arms, stomache..... Figure out what you need to work out first, then figure out a routine.
The Most important part....ROUTINE! If you don't stick to something, then you'll put it off and it'll never get done.

Call some Local Gyms to see which ones have a fitness trainer on sight to help you with the areas that need special attention. If you need to loose 20 lbs in a month, Be careful and do it the healthy way.

If you're looking into herbal Appetite suppresants........... Make sure you read all the precaustions and warnings on the label. They have liquid drops you can put under your tongue. Plus research it on the internet to see side effects from People who have used it. Also, call your pharmacists for a list of side effects. You could look into, but again Check it out before you buy to make sure it's safe for your body and Follow all instructions for using it.

My best advice is Go see a fitness trainor at a local gym, and Eat healthy.

Well it depends on how much your current weight is. If you're 120 looking to go down 20 pounds, it won't happen.

But to lose 20 pounds if your a bit overweight, you need to obviously go on a diet, and eat 5-6 healthy meals a day to speed up the matablism. And you should do cardio about 4 times a week.(jogging for 30-45 minutes).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

idk if this is fast or not but i lost 10 pounds in 3 months. i ran about 2 miles each day. this takes about 20 minutes. then after you can life weights or life weights. try to be active for about an hour. then also you need to eat healthy. NO SWEETS or anything that comes in a package. eat a lot of veggies, and fruits. greek yogurt is good. egg whites, oatmeal, strawberries, and fat free milk for breakfast. for lunch you should eat a sandwhich (whole wheat) and turkey and spinach and very little cheese. eat carrots or yogurt, or almonds when you are hungry. for dinner make sure you eat carbs, veggies, and protein. this is what i eat: chicken breast or tilapia, rice, and broccoli (or any other veggie. I work out at around 6pm (2 hours after eating dinner) and after the workout i drink a smoothie with milk, water, and fruit. and make sure you have banana. ohh and drink green tea! it makes you poop! its great. hope this helps. it will be hard at first to start, but then you will get used to it. and dont be so strict on yourself. reward yourself every weekend to eat out. but make good choices like get a grilled sandwich instead of a crispy chicken sandwich. DONT GIVE UP :)

It's healthy to lose 1-2lbs per week, so 20 lbs in 4 weeks is not healthy. Be careful with that, you don't want to risk your health. Change your diet, increase your exercise, and increase water intake. This should aid you in your endeavor! Good luck!

It would be extremely hard. You'd have to go on an all liquid diet or eat VERY LITTLE fat and carbs. Also youd have to do cardio like a madman. Run, jump rope, box, whatever.

Liquid diet and exercise is the on way you might have a slight chance! Good Luck it would be hard and you would sleep alot from being so tired,and very moody.
