You can't at this point. Eggs need warmth and a certain humidity to hatch. Putting a blanket or heat lamp on them will not be enough.
Perhaps the eggs are not fertile...do you have a male and a female bird? If the parents aren't interested in breeding, or if they sense something is wrong with these eggs, they will stop sitting. They may be too young to be parents.
If you're sure you want babies (and it's a LOT of work if the parents don't want to raise them), wait and see what happens. If she doesn't go back to sitting on them, remove them from the nest. That may stimulate her to lay more. Otherwise, let nature take its course. They may be more successful with future clutches.

I don't know cockateils- I do know chickens
You can buy a machine to hatch chicks-.
If she has been off them for 2 days, they may already be dead.
Home made incubator
http://www.utm.edu/departments/cece/idea/incu.shtml
Commercial incubator
http://www.brinsea.com/products/rcom.html
even if you can not save these eggs, at least you will be ready if she lays any more.
If the eggs are still viable, you need to do something NOW.
How to keep eggs viable without incubator
http://www.avianweb.com/SavingEggsAndChicksDuringElectricOutage.htm
Contact a feedstore, some feedstores may carry incubators that will hatch many bird eggs.
(People hatch duck, chicken, pheasant)
If you live in a metro area, granted finding a feedstore will be a little harder to accomplish.
You can contact your local county extension agent office to get some help
Even then, you have to care for the egg, so read up on how to nuture it. (involves turning the egg the needed times a day, spritzing(Misting, really) it with water)
THEN if the egg hatches, you still need to keep the chick warm, and invest in a warming light.

Does she have a mate? If the bird does not have a mate then she can not lay fertilized eggs...she is just going threw her cycle...female birds do this is because they do not have a mat to mate with so this is how they despose of the eggs...when she is laying the eggs you should not bother her and and touch they eggs or take them away...if you do then she will lay more and more eggs and that puts even more stress on the bird...so just leave the eggs alone and let the bird do what she does best...and when two weeks has come then take the eggs out but for now just leave the egss in the cage with the mother...also i would suggest that she has a cuttlebone so she gets the vitamins she needs when she id going through this...it is very stressful for her when she is going through her cycle...and i suggest that you go she you vet ans see if you can get her fixed because if she gets stressed to much she can even die...so after she is down laying her eggs and two weeks has past go to your vet and see what you can do to not make her so stressful when she is going through her cycle or as if she can even get fixed...hope this helps and if you have anymore question please feel free to email me...

You should go out and buy an incubator. I have heard for chickens that they rotate the eggs. I'm not sure its the same for cocks. You can get chicken incubators and then put aluminum foil over them so they light stays in and makes heat. There should also be water somewhere in the incubator NOT TOUCHING THE EGG. I'd call a vet. Maybe they have a spare incubator and can give you some information. Be ready for babies, just in case they hatch. I'd do some research on baby cockatiels on raising them too.

LMAO! This made me snicker :-) you would be preserving it for like 3 weeks and your hands' temperatures variety, so it probable won't paintings, besides. Are you speaking approximately an egg from the food market? if it is the case, it surely won't paintings because of the fact they have not been fertilised via a chicken's sperm. it is like waiting for a woman's egg to instruct right into a toddler while it hasn't been fertilised with a male's sperm. If that wasn't required, women could be pregnant with each and every era . . .

try putting them wrapped up under a hot lamp or keep a heated pad underneath them, i'm not a vet, so i'm not real sure, all i know is that u should probably keep them warm however u need too.....my grandmother had two of those birds and one of them always laid eggs but they never hatched, so these may not hatch for you either....good luck

Not all eggs are fertilized. It may be just such a case for yours. Your bird probably has an innate behavioral sense to know when to give up on what might be unfertilized eggs.

I don't know much about birds, but perhaps a heat lamp would suit your purpose.
