You really need to get her fixed. Not only is being in heat possibly uncomfortable for her, but when females go into heat and are not bred, they can develop health issues such as cancer. Definitely do not let her outside because male cats know when a female in heat from great distances and you do not want kittens. The world already has many cats and kittens being euthanized everyday.

Dear, please bring her to the veterinarian and get her "fixed". If you let her outside, she will end up pregnant and you will have to find homes for the little ones or put them in the animal shelter where they probably will get euthanized.
The most loving act from you for your dear kitty is to have her spayed. She will not only be free of future pregnancies, but she will be healthier, calmer and will live longer.
Good luck. Bless you for loving your kitty enough to seek information.

I have the same problem but have learned to ignore theconstant yowling. LOL... My vet actually reccomended that I use a Q-tip to help satisfy the cat but I couldnt bring myself to do it. So I justlearned to put it outta my mind.

Please do get her fixed. You do not want unwanted kittens to try to give away! There is not much you can do in the mean time but wait it out.

That Q-tip thing is completely wrong. Just. Wrong. Good thing she doesn't go outside btw, do you want her to fall pregnant?!
