Call your local health departement and ask if they can refer you to someone in your area that will provide free services or services based on your income. They may also be able to get you hooked up with the med companies who make your antidepressants and antianxiety meds in order for you to get them for free or a really reduced price.

I'm with those who suggest that you contact you local health department. If you live in the US then either your town or county probably have a health department.

If you can't find a city or county health department call the reference desk at your local library. They should be able to help you find someone who can help or who can direct you to the city or county health department or a free clinic that provides mental heath services. Don't be shy about this - reference librarians look up these kinds of questions for people all day long.

Another thought - you might try calling one of your elected state or federal representatives. Someone in one of those offices probably has that kind of information at their finger tips. I needed some health insurance information once and called my state senator's office and they knew immediately who I needed to call.

Contact you local Department of Human Services. Or a Family Service Agency. They have free or reduced counseling based on your income.
