We are going through some stressful times right now.Everything between us is just fine,it's stress form other sources. The problem is that when I get stressed I have a hard time dealing with it and I get frustrated and on edge all the time and become short tempered with him.How can I direct my frustration at somehting other than him when he is innocent? And how can I make him belive that I'm sorry and really don;t mean it?

I do the same thing, I can't help it. They say that we hurt the ones we love the most.
For a long time I exercised. And it worked, it was a good outlet. I remember one night I was going out of my mind, wanted to just scream, I went out walking/jogging and was gone until I couldn't walk anymore. It is a great outlet for my stress.

The way you can stop being frustrated with your fiance is by, stop what you are doing to him. You are not a tolerant person when it comes down with being stress.

What is making you stressed out?

Take you stress out by going on long walks, taking a hot bath, or listening to some soft music. If you are going through some stressful times right now and you can't handle it, then what makes you think you will be able to handle it when you are married? You could be experiencing some anxiety as well.

So stop taking it out on your fiance, otherwise he might not marry you after all until you straighten up your act. You are suppose to be happy about getting married, not stressed!

You are on the road to asking the right question, because your behavior will lead to divorce and put an end to any real intimacy in your marriage. You are not alone, many women treat their men like this. To relieve stress you should take time to exercise, pray, journal....these are all things that help me on a daily basis.

Another thing I can recommend is a book called Love and Respect by Emerson Eggerich. I think you can pick it up on Amazon or even Walmart. It helped me unlock some things that I did in my relationship with my husband. I used to get so frustrated with him in particular and I took it out on him. This book helped me understand him and how really important it was for me to get my anger and frustrated reactions under control.

Hope that helps.

try having some time by yourself. It can take your mind off of a stressful situation. If not, get a funny DVD....it always feels good to laugh.

Every woman i had a relation with was like this.
they are not angry at him yet act as if they are.

There is only one thing you can do :
become adult and stop with this behaviour
if you are aware of your temper you should be able to do change it

By now he realizes he married a vindictive, controlling biitch. If you really love him you'll let him have the divorce.
