Well the best way is dont stay in the friend zone... If you have a casual conversation, dont be afraid to flirt a little bit...

And if she flirts back.. That is either a sign that she is interested, or if she is just a tease... And after she does this.. The easiest step is to tell her you like her... but dont be a coward and do it in an email or txt message...
I gaurantee you, that you will earn points if you tell her in person...

Because she knows it was a discussion of a subject not an argument directed at her and visa versa .
