i don't dig the moppy look.... with the wavyness... yuck. so, i would suggest a descent haircut. 1 inch at least. trim that sucka....

Its hard to tell judging by your tiny picture... but maybe just trim up the edges a little bit to clean it up, that's what my brother does... and if you want a change, look at people on tv or in magazines and take a picture to a salon.
