Eat better food for one. Get more carbohydrates into your diet. Things like pasta and bread are great for adding bulk. Also, maybe try to some protein supplements. Start doing some exercise as well - not necessarily to lose weight obviously - but resistence training will bulk you up a little and put some muscle on to you. Stop worrying about your weight so much - and put more emphasis on being healthy instead.

First you have to do some weight training exercises. Use heavier weights and do less reps and have two days rest between workouts. Also work out the major muscle groups like Chest and Back rather than the smaller ones like Forearms etc. Secondly you have to eat 5 -6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones. Make sure you include protein and carbohydrates in your meals (e.g, fish, milk, beef, pasta, chicken). If u find it difficult to eat 6 meals a day, you could eat 3 meals and take supplements for the remaining 3. There are many Mass Gaining supplements which contain both proteins and carbohydrates. Good Luck!!

Lift weights a few times a week and eat a lot of tuna. My boyfriend has a hard time putting on weight and the only thing he can do is eat tuna which puts weight on him and lift weights which help build muscle (which weighs more than fat).

Lift weights that will add those pounds your looking for. But if your looking just to gain fat keep eating pure sugar it will all catch up to you after you get to your mid twenty's.
