Yeah, a CBC is a complete blood count, diff means differential, and plt probably referrs to platelets. So your doctor is getting counts of the various cellular components of your blood, including red blood cells, leukocytes (or white blood cells) and platelets, with the while blood cells broken down into different types (neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, etc).
That particular test can be used to look for many things, and is often done as a general screening test with a physicial, so it might not mean anything at all.

A CBC is a complete blood count. This means the test is going to provide information on the number of blood cells in the sample taken. W/DIFF means that the test will provide a measurement of the number of different types of blood cells. There are red and white blood cells. Red cells only have one type, but white blood cells have many (I think about five). This test could be taken for many reasons, general and specific. Ask your doctor or nurse to clarify why you are being tested. Also try typing in CBC in a search engine

You are just getting yourself into a pissing contest. Time to let go of the gangster mentality. Both parties are working as a team to destroy the country. Whom ever comes after BHO, will continue the ball rolling, just like Bush continued Clinton's stride. Quit being a lemming, and try to have an original thought. There is where the problem is, no one thinks for themselves any more.
