I think that the definition of hero would vary from person to person. some are obvious, like firemen, paramedics, police officers, doctors etc. but to someone who was about to end their own life, it might be a caring voice on the other end of a telephone line, or to a child, their mom and dad, or to the kid at school thats treated like an outcast, it might be the kid who takes the time to offer their hand in friendship.
do you see what I mean? if you really think about it, there are lot's of heroes. some get recognition, and some don't. but it's not the getting noticed part that counts anyway, it's the fact that you made a positive difference in someone's life.
Hope this helps you out! and Best Wishes to you!

a hero is someone stood up for the truth and stand for the right ethic. a hero is someone give to other selflessly and don't expect return. a hero will do the right thing even everyone is doing differently.
Hero has different meaning when it come to different person. but a true hero to me is someone have good strong ethic who is honest, and kind. who has a compassion to love others and even with difficuilty in life. compassion never end.someone who challenge the difficult and never give up. someone doesn't revenage when other treat him wrong. take a lot of courage to doing the right thing, but it take even more courage to do the right thing to those who mistreated you.
