Not really, as long as you don't eat too many dairy products (Especially Cheeses) and they are made from skim milk you should be fine. I've been calorie counting and every morning I drink a glass of Skim Chocolate Milk for breakfast and I'm still losing weight. I found it actually curves hunger, at least it did for me.

Milk is suppose to PLAY a role in weight loss. I personally don't like it enough to drink 24ozs in 24 hours, the way recommended to accomplish that feat, but check out the link and it'll tell you more and you can read success stories, etc.

It depends. Even if you eat a slice of parmesan cheese everyday and your calorie count doesn't go over then you'll keep losing weight. IT DEPENDS, too much of a good thing will kill you.
