Sometimes I like the traditional lettuce, tomatoe and mayo, occasionally I like choped lettuce and diced red onion tossed in mustard on the bottom and ketchup on the top.

during cooking hamburger, I put some French's Worcestershire sauce... when done,
ketchup
cheese
little lettuce
a slice of tomato
onion (sometimes..not each time)
sometimes I put some tartar sauce with ketchup

spread lightly with Mayo
Burger cooked well with melted cheese
onions sauteed in a little oil with Sea salt
head lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes
