When you die you either go to heaven or hell...there is no in between. God will judge everyone on judgement day...people don't have to believe, but all will be judged!
To those who do not believe...you are taking a huge risk. If you are wrong, and trust me you are, you will be judged by a God who says there shall have no other God's before me, it is one of his commandments, he said to go to heaven you can't break one of his ten commandments...therefore you will NOT go to heaven.
Have you ever considered that you could be wrong? That the almightly God and his son Jesus could be as real as you and me? That someday you may be thrown into hell because you denied him? That's a huge risk in my book. But that's where God gives us freewill. We all make our own decisions and we all will die with those decisions! However a tree falleth so shall it lie...in other words once the last breath goes out of your body you have no chance for redemption!
A scary thought is we live our lives...usually 60-70 years on earth...some see the light and accept that God is real and Jesus is his son and know the truth...others live their few years on earth believing a lie...thus for a few years of living however they want they sacrifice their eternity! Why would anyone want to burn in hell and not want to reach out and save themselves is beyond me!
To love someone with your whole heart is to tell them the truth...and the truth shall set you free! Jesus is the truth, the way, and the light...you cannot come to the father without through the son...therefore those who do not believe in Jesus cannot come to the Father! Plain and simple!
Also...why would you turn your back on God who has power over your soul? I think I will stay on the side of God who has power over everything...including all of you...you don't have to believe...he still exists and you will still be judged someday!

I am a pureland Buddhism believer. when I die, I hope I can go to Pureland by the AmetaBuddha.
In Buddhism, we believe in rebirth and also there are more than just one location to go. not just heaven or hells. like earth and also quiet different level of heaven. but Pureland is not heaven.
it is better than heaven, for Pureland Buddhist we believe we go there to practice Buddhism better until we are ready to be back to earth and we have ability to help people/beings in here.
I hope my answer satifised you. Good lucks.
thanks.

I and all other people will go to the spiritual world to live eternally under the mercy of God. Of course, good people from here will feel good, bad people will feel bad, according to the law of cause and effect.

When you finish your term in school, will you graduate and be a person of your dreams or will you be a drop out and be a bum.
Life has its rewards. It is how you make it.
Our souls after our life's journey has accountability too for reward or for punishment for we all were given life for a purpose.

Heaven. no thinking or guessing, I know already where I will be going.
the Bible says to the believer... "absent from the body is present with the Lord" no waiting, no sleeping, it is the very second that one closes their eyes in death they are with God.

From dust we are and to dust we return. When you die, you simply go to your grave. Until Armageddon when God resurrects the righteous and the unrighteous ones to judge whether they are deserving of everlasting life in Paradise.

I assume I will return to the source that I came from before I got here. The one source that we all were created from....the same source that we will all return to.
