A Blank Error Message shows up in the welcome screen and there is nothing in the body of this message...its has only YES & NO..when i press yes or no it has the same effect (windows log off),it keeps looping and i cant close it..so i cant start windows..this really drives me craaaazy so plzzzzzzzz somebody help mee!!!!

try this... boot up the computer. after about 10 seconds press F8 key DON'T keep it pressed down just keep pressing it untill in boots into safe mode then answer yes when it tells you your in safe mode then let it do it's thing, then do a normal shut down and then reboot and see what happens

what happens if you restart it by shut ing it off and dose it reapear? well i am sorry to say somthing really mest up happend and i am sorry this i would recommend and i hope you safe everything on a dvd or a extrenal hard drive well turn off your computer then on hit f10 and what 25 mins and your are back
