i do exercise to be healthier, but i lost 5 to 6kg in 3 months' time since i start exercising which isn't my aim, and it's too thin for me now(53kg with 170cm for a guy) but i do feel healthier. i seems lost my appetite, i eat much less than before. i'm currently working for several places, is it possible that tiring and stress are one of the reasons? I want to gain back my weight, any idea?

3 things:
1. Lift weights, lift heavy. You will burn less calories and your muscles will respond by growing. Target as much as you can lift 8 times.
2. Don't workout too often. Your muscles need time to heal (ie grow). 2-3 times per week is enough.
3. Eat right. Your body needs fuel for the growth. Lots of protein. I also recommend Twinlabs Amino Fuel, the liquid, not the pills. Great supplement!

I gained 14 lbs in a month doing this. Also got a lot stronger and leaner.

Since you are active and you work a lot, taking in extra calories wouldn't hurt. Stress does affect your appetite and since you stay so busy, you probably don't have enough time to eat enough to support your active life. Nutritional stores carry protein powder with added calories. I would suggest that you make these into shakes using whole milk, frozen yogurt or even ice cream. They come in different flavors and can easiliy be taken with you so you can drink one on the way to work, etc.

Try changing up ur exercise routine...focus on exercises that build muscle as opposed to burning fat....it will give you the weight ur looking for but may not necessarily make u larger....:S
