good question. but normally for an adult one to one and a half pints a day is considered possible and to still be on a healthy diet.

but honestly in my 33years i've never worried about how much milk i drink each day and while on some days my milk intake is only the half pint i have on my cereal on others i've been known to have three or four pints of milk in a 24hour period.

as for should in your question it is in my opinion very much a matter of personal choice as with everything in your life.
it is your life live it your way do, eat and drink what ever makes you feel good.
ok if you eat or drink to excess or eat known unheathy foods then you may get unfit and unheathy. but if you want ot be like that that is your human right.

just my thoughts, based on my 33years of living life.
